n her productive process Kate Pendry combines traditional and disciplined theatre training with the individual search for more powerful forms of expression in the performance. The physical training offers participants an introduction to a combination of »stage charisma« and simultaneous departure from the traditional form of stage presence. Kate Pendry fosters solidarity with the theatre performance which results in a »cyclical« improvisation on the 2nd day. All workshop participants also subsequently take part in a performance based on the topic that has been developed.

Each participant is requested to bring a favourite book to the workshop.

Kate Pendry gives a guest performance with the monologue »Sex in the Warzone« in the Neue Szene on Friday, 7. Nov. and Saturday, 8 Nov., each at 10:00 p.m. Additionally, she can be seen with the live installation »Marilyn Peepshow« at the Hotel Holiday Inn on Saturday, 8. Nov. and Sunday, 9 Nov., each from 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.
